Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.次の特性および広域X線粉末回折ピークをd−面間隔11〜17Åにおい て示す充填シリカ多形体同類構造もしくは層状構造を有するマグネシオシリケー ト化合物: (a)室温下でのカルシウム結合能(CBC);少なくとも10mg CaO/g、 (b)室温下でのマグネシウム結合能(MBC);少なくとも10mg MgO/g、 (c)室温下でのカルシウム結合速度(CBR)(3g/Lの添加量で約100ppmの Ca2溶液からCa2の半分の量を除去するのに要する時間);300秒未満。 2.次の無水組成を有する請求項1記載のマグネシオシリケート: MaMgbAlcSi1-(b+c)Od [式中、M=アルカリ金属(HまたはNH4によって部分的に置換されていてもよ い)、0.0<a<2.0、0.0<b<0.7、0.0≦c≦0.3、1.15<d<3. 0、c<b;(Mg+Al+Si)は1または複数の他の元素T(B、Be、Zn、Ga、F e、Ge、AsまたはPから成る群から選択される)によって部分的に置換されてい てもよい(但し、T/(Mg+Al+Si)<0.1およびMg>0);格子間原子Mは1 または複数の他の元素A(アルカリ土類金属、遷移金属および希土類元素から成 る群から選択される)によって部分的に置換されていてもよい(但し、A/M<0 .2);構造中に組込まれていない不純鉱物は組成中には含まれない] 3.0.4<a<1.4、0.2<b<0.6、0.0≦c≦0.2、1.5<d<2.5 およびT/(Mg+Al+Si)<0.02の条件を満たす請求項2記載のマグネシオ シリケート化合物。 4.0.6<a<1.3、0.35<b<0.6、0.0≦c≦0.1、1.65<d< 2.25およびT/(Mg+Al+Si)<0.02の条件を満たす請求項3記載のマ グネシオシリケート化合物。 5.Mg/Ca≦100およびSi/(Mg+Ca)<1.4の条件を満たす請求項2 記載のマグネシオシリケート化合物。 6.MがKおよび/またはNaから選択される請求項1記載のマグネシオシリ ケート化合物。 7.充填シリカ多形体同類構造を有し、X線粉末回折の主要なピークもしくは ピーク群がd−面間隔4.30±0.15Åおよび2.6±0.22Åにおいて同時 にあらわれる請求項1記載のマグネシオシリケート化合物。 8.充填シリカ多形体同類構造を有し、X線粉末回折の主要なピークもしくは ピーク群がd−面間隔2.73±0.15Åにあらわれると共に弱いピークもしく はピーク群がd−面間隔4.44±0.10Åにあらわれる請求項1記載のマグネ シオシリケート化合物。 9.充填シリカ多形体同類構造を有し、X線粉末回折の主要なピークがd−面 間隔3.11±0.20Åにあらわれる請求項1記載のマグネシオシリケート化合 物。 10.層状構造を有し、広域X線粉末回折ピークがd−面間隔12〜16Åにあ らわれる請求項1記載のマグネシオシリケート化合物。 11.室温でのCBCが少なくとも20mg CaO/g、好ましくは少なくとも5 0mg CaO/g、より好ましくは少なくとも100mg CaO/g、最も好ましくは 少なくとも100mg CaOgである請求項1記載のマグネシオシリケート化合物 。 12.室温でのMBCが少なくとも15mg MgO/g、好ましくは少なくとも4 0mg MgO/g、より好ましくは90mg MgO/g、最も好ましくは少なくとも1 40mg MgO/gである請求項1記載のマグネシオシリケート化合物。 13.室温でのCBRが200秒未満、好ましくは100秒未満、より好ましく は50秒未満、特に20秒未満、最も好ましくは10秒未満である請求項1記載 のマグネシオシリケート化合物。 14.100g(無水状態)あたりの吸油量(OA)が少なくとも50g、好ましくは 少なくとも70g、より好ましくは少なくとも100gである請求項1記載のマグ ネシオシリケート化合物。 15.マグネシオシリケート鉱物を出発原料として調製される請求項1記載のマ グネシオシリケート化合物。 16.マグネシオシリケート出発原料または酸化マグネシウムと酸化ケイ素を含 有する混合原料をアルカリ金属酸化物含有物と固体状態で反応させることを含む 、充填シリカ多形体同類構造を有する請求項1記載のマグネシオシリケート化合 物の製造方法。 17.反応を約1000℃またはそれ以下でおこなう請求項16記載の方法。 18.反応を約450℃〜約800℃でおこなう請求項17記載の方法。 19.アルカリ金属酸化物含有物が空気中で約1000℃以下の温度において分 解してアルカリ金属酸化物を生成する請求項16記載の方法。 20.アルカリ金属酸化物含有物が重炭酸塩、炭酸塩、カルボン酸塩、硝酸塩お よび水酸化物から選択される1または複数の成分である請求項19記載の方法。 21.アルカリ金属酸化物含有物がKおよび/またはNaを含有する請求項16 記載の方法。 22.マグネシオシリケート出発原料がフィロシリケート鉱物を含有する請求項 16記載の方法。 23.フィロシリケート鉱物がタルクおよび/またはサポナイトから選択される 請求項22記載の方法。 24.充填シリカ多形体同類構造を有するマグネシオシリケート化合物を水性溶 液を用いて処理することを含む、広域X線粉末回折の特性ピークがd−面間隔1 1〜17Åであらわれる層状構造を有する請求項1記載のマグネシオシリケート 化合物の製造方法。 25.充填シリカ多形体同類構造を有するマグネシオシリケート化合物が少なく とも10mg CaO/gのCBC(室温)、少なくとも10mg MgO/gのMBC(室 温)および300秒未満のCBR(室温)を有する請求項24記載の方法。 26.充填シリカ多形体同類構造を有するマグネシオシリケート化合物を水性溶 液中に分散させ、残存固体を上澄み液から分離させて乾燥させる請求項24記載 の方法。 27.分散と分離工程を約20分未満、好ましくは約10分未満でおこなう請求 項26記載の方法。 28.分離される残存固体を約100℃未満、好ましくは約60℃未満の温度で おこなう請求項26記載の方法。 29.マグネシオシリケート出発原料または酸化マグネシウムと酸化ケイ素を含 有する混合原料をアルカリ酸化物含有物と水性相で反応させることを含む、広域 X線粉末回折の特性ピークがd−面間隔11〜17Åであらわれる層状構造を有 する請求項1記載のマグネシオシリケート化合物の製造方法。 30.反応を密閉容器内において約100℃〜約300℃でおこなう請求項29 記載の方法。 31.反応を約150℃〜約200℃でおこなう請求項30記載の方法。 32.アルカリ金属酸化物含有物が空気中において約1000℃以下の温度で分 解してアルカリ酸化物を生成する請求項29記載の方法。 33.アルカリ金属酸化物含有物が重炭酸塩、炭酸塩、カルボン酸塩、硝酸塩お よび水酸化物から選択される請求項32記載の方法。 34.アルカリ金属酸化物含有物がKおよび/またはNaを含有する請求項29 記載の方法。 35.マグネシオシリケート出発原料がフィロシリケート鉱物を含有する請求項 29記載の方法。 36.フィロシリケート鉱物がタルクおよび/またはサポナイトから選択される 請求項35記載の方法。 37.請求項1記載のマグネシオシリケート化合物の硬水軟化剤としての使用方 法。 38.請求項1記載のマグネシオシリケート化合物の洗剤ビルダーとしての使用 方法。 39.請求項1記載のマグネシオシリケート化合物および界面活性剤を含有する 洗剤組成物。 40.請求項1記載のマグネシオシリケート化合物および所望によるバインダー を含有する成形体。
