Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. (a)洗剤界面活性剤ペーストおよび乾燥出発洗剤物質を高速ミキサー /緻密機に入れて連続的に混合して洗剤凝集体を得〔ただし、前記界面活性剤ペ ーストは前記界面活性剤ペーストの重量に対して0.1%〜50%の非水性バイ ンダーおよび30%〜95%の洗剤界面活性剤および残部の水を包含する〕、 (b)前記洗剤凝集体を中速ミキサー/緻密機中において混合して前記洗剤凝 集体を更に緻密化し且つ凝集し、そして (c)前記洗剤凝集体を乾燥して高密度洗剤組成物を調製する ことを特徴とする、高密度洗剤組成物を連続的に製造する方法。 2. 前記乾燥出発物質がアルミノシリケート、結晶性層状シリケート、炭酸 ナトリウム、Na2Ca(CO3)2、K2Ca(CO3)2、Na2Ca2(CO3)3 、NaKCa(CO3)2、NaKCa2(CO3)3、K2Ca2(CO3)3、およ びそれらの混合物からなる群から選ばれるビルダーによって特徴づけられる、請 求項1に記載の方法。 3. 前記バインダーが粘度100cps〜100,000cpsを有する、 請求項1または2に記載の方法。 4. 前記中速ミキサー/緻密機後に被覆剤を加える工程を更に含み、前記被 覆剤がアルミノシリケート、カーボネート、シリケートおよびそれらの混合物か らなる群から選ばれる、請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 5. 前記バインダーが陰イオン界面活性剤、非イオン界面活性剤、ポリエチ レングリコール、ポリビニルピロリドン、ポリアクリレート、クエン酸およびそ れらの混合物からなる群から選ばれる、請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載 の方法。 6. 前記高速ミキサー/緻密機中の前記洗剤凝集体の平均滞留時間が2秒〜 45秒の範囲内である、請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 7. 前記中速ミキサー/緻密機中の前記洗剤凝集体の平均滞留時間が0.5 分〜15分の範囲内である、請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 8. 前記バインダーがポリエチレングリコールである、請求項1ないし7の いずれか1項に記載の方法。 9. 前記バインダーが35℃〜70℃の融点温度を有する、請求項1ないし 8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 10. (a)洗剤界面活性剤ペーストおよびアルミノシリケート、結晶性層 状シリケート、炭酸ナトリウム、Na2Ca(CO3)2、K2Ca(CO3)2、N a2Ca2(CO3)3、NaKCa(CO3)2、NaKCa2(CO3)3、K2Ca2 (CO3)3、およびそれらの混合物からなる群から選ばれるビルダーによって 特徴づけられる乾燥出発洗剤物質を高速ミキサー/緻密機に入れて連続的に混合 して洗剤凝集体を得〔ただし、前記界面活性剤ペーストは前記界面活性剤ペース トの重量に対して0.1%〜50%の非水性バインダーおよび70%〜95%の 洗剤界面活性剤および残部の水を包含し、前記界面活性剤ペースト体前記乾燥洗 剤物質の重量比は1:10から10:1である〕、 (b)前記洗剤凝集体を中速ミキサー/緻密機において混合して前記洗剤凝集 体を更に緻密化し且つ凝集し、 (c)前記洗剤凝集体を乾燥し、 (d)被覆剤を加えて密度少なくとも650g/lを有する高密度洗剤組成物 を得る ことを特徴とする、高密度洗剤組成物を連続的に製造する方法。
