Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.接合工具によって接合力を接合部位に及ぼし、それによって磁極ケーシング の母材を界磁極の切欠部内へ押し込めて形状嵌合式及び摩擦接続式の継手を製作 するようにした形式の、特に電気機械の界磁極と磁極ケーシングとの間に接合継 手を製作する方法において、接合工具(20)によって磁極ケーシング(10) の母材及び各界磁極(12)の母材を、少なくとも1つの接合部位で焦点状に前 記界磁極(12)の切欠部(22)内へ押し込めることを特徴とする、特に電気 機械の界磁極と磁極ケーシングとの間に接合継手を製作する方法。 2.磁極ケーシング(10)の母材を、接合工具を形成するプランジャ(20) による押抜き式リベット締結作用によって切欠部(22)内へ押し退ける、請求 項1記載の方法。 3.切欠部(22)の上縁(32)を、磁極ケーシング(10)の押し退けられ た母材内へ押し込める、請求項1又は2記載の方法。 4.2段形の型打ちプランジャ(20)によって押抜き式リベット締結を行う、 請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 5.切欠部(22)の上縁(32)を囲むリングビード(38)を少なくとも部 分的に、リベット(34 )を生ぜしめる磁極ケーシング(10)の母材内へ押し込める、請求項1から4 までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 6.切欠部(22)の製作時にリングビード(38)を形成する、請求項1から 5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 7.切欠部(22)を止り穴(36)として形成する、請求項1から6までのい ずれか1項記載の方法。 8.切欠部を貫通孔(24)として形成する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1 項記載の方法。 9.接合力(F)とは逆向きの保持力を、界磁極(12)用の組立支持体として のマンドレル(14)によって生ぜしめる、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項 記載の方法。 10.マンドレル(14)の外周を介して保持されている電気機械所属の複数の界 磁極(12)を磁極ケーシング(10)内へ移し換え、かつ全ての界磁極(12 )を同時に磁極ケーシング(10)と接合する、請求項9記載の方法。 11.1個の磁極ケーシングと、該磁極ケーシング内に配置されていて、しかも請 求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法によって前記磁極ケーシングに固 着された複数個の界磁極とを備えた電気機械において、界磁極(12)と磁極ケ ーシング(10)とが、前記界磁極(12)の少なくとも1つの切欠 部(22)に沿って押し退けられた前記磁極ケーシング(10)の母材(34) 及び各界磁極(12)の母材(32)によって摩擦接続式及び形状嵌合式に結合 されていることを特徴とする、電気機械。
