- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.洗浄(33)および/または塗布(34,39〜41,39′〜41′)お よび/または乾燥(35,47)を行う処理ステーションと、容器(3,103 ,103′)をこれ等の処理ステーションに出し入れする搬送装置とを備え、ア ルミニウムのような特に非磁性材料の容器を処理する設備において、搬送装置は 少なくとも一つの磁気搬送機(6〜8)と、搬送すべき各容器(3,103,1 03′)に対してこの容器(3,103,103′)に接続する磁化可能な一つ のパレット(7,107,107′)を保有し、パレット(7,107,107 ′)がパレットの接続面(122)を磁気搬送機(6,8)の移動可能な搬送面 (8)に接触させ、磁気搬送機(6,8)により磁力を用いて搬送面(8)に保 持されることを特徴とする設備。 2.下記の構成、 a) 搬送装置(6〜8,107,107′)が、処理ステーション(34)の 前で滞留区間を形成し、時として通さない容器(3,103,103′)を拘留 する好ましくは磁気の少なくとも一つのベルトコンベヤ(46)を有し、容器( 3,103,103′)が好ましくは操作可能な拘留装置、特にバリヤによりこ の拘留装置に直接接する容器(3,103,103′)のパレット(7,107 ,107′)に当たり、滞留区間で保持され、搬送面(8)がパレット(7,1 07,107′)の接続面(122)の下を摺動して通過する、 b) 搬送装置(6〜8,107,107′)が搬送面(8)により移動する容 器(3,103,103′)を、特にパレット(7,107,107′)を接触 案内して所望の通路に沿って移動させる案内部材(10)を有し、この案内部材 (10)が、場合によって、操作装置により移動する、 c) 搬送装置(6〜8,107,107′)が、搬送すべき容器をそれぞれ一 つの処理ステーションに通じる少なくとも二つの部分ラインのベルトコンベヤに 配分する少なくとも一つの分離装置を有する、 d) 搬送装置が容器を少なくとも二つの部分ラインのベルトコンベヤから集め る少なくとも一つの集合装置を有する、 e) 同じ処理に対する少なくとも二つの処理ステーションが処理経過の中で並 列に配置されている、 の少なくとも一つを備えていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の設 備。 3.処理ステーションへ容器(3,103,103′)を受け渡すため、あるい は処理ステーションから容器(3,103,103′)を受け取るため、例えば 外部処理用の心金、あるいは内部処理用のスリーブのような保持部材を磁気搬送 機(6,8)に備えていて、その搬送面(8)が受渡領域で保持部材の軸に対し てほぼ垂直に立っているため、パレットの接続面(122)にほぼ垂直な容器の 軸が保持部材の軸に対して平行で、容器(3,103,103′)が圧搾空気あ るいはパレットに作用する電磁操作部材により行われる容器の軸方向の機械的な 移動により保持部材に導入されるか、あるいはこの部材から取り出されることを 特徴とする請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の設備。 4.処理ステーションへ容器(3,103,103′)を受け渡すため、少なく とも一つの磁気ターンテーブルと、場合によっては、パレットに固定または移動 するように接触する案内部(10)とが配置されていることを特徴とする請求の 範囲第1〜3項の何れか1項に記載の設備。 5.洗浄したあるいは塗布した容器を乾燥させる少なくとも一つの処理ステーシ ョン(35,47)は貫通する好ましくは磁気的な炉のベルトコンベヤ(5)を 持つ炉として形成され、ベルトコンベヤ(5)は少なくとも炉(35,47)の 中に一つの滞留領域を有し、この滞留領域内で容器(3,103,103′)が 必要な乾燥時間の間拘束され、場合によっては、下記の構成、 a) 炉(35,47)が、少なくとも出口のところ、好ましくは入口のところ にも、容器(3,103,103′)を伴うパレット(7,107,107′) を炉のベルトコンベヤ(5)の上で拘留し、特に熱損失も低減する封鎖装置を有 する、 b) 新鮮な空気を炉(35,47)に吸引する吸引装置が、吸引時に新鮮な空 気を乾燥させる容器(3,103,103′)の上に導入し、予備加熱できるよ うに形成さている、 c) 種々の処理工程に続く少なくとも二つの炉(47a,47b,47c)が、 輻射により熱損失を低減するため、隣接しているか、共通の炉(47)として形 成されている、 の少なくとも一つを備えていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1〜4項の何れ か1項に記載の設備。 6.浄化あるいは洗浄を行う少なくとも一つの処理ステーション(33)は磁気 洗浄搬送機、好ましくはベルトコンベヤを有し、この搬送機は容器をパレットに より脱脂領域や噴霧領域のような種々の浄化領域を通過させ、洗浄搬送機は洗浄 液をできる限り完全に排出させるため、容器を各洗浄領域か出る前に、容器の開 口を下向きに維持し、そして、入る時には容器の内部に洗浄液を完全に満たすた め、場合によって設けてあるベルトから少なくとも出る前に、開口を上向きに維 持するように配置されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1〜5項の何れか1 項に記載の設備。 7.下記の構成、 a) パレット荷積みステーション(31′)を設け、このステーションは、容 器の軸の周りに配置された外面と、外面の一端に形成された充填口と、ほぼ容器 の軸方向に外に突出し、好ましくは中心に配置された接続部分(132)を伴う 外面の他端に形成された閉じた面(130)とを持つ容器を成形した後、好まし くは圧出成形した後、特に接続部分(132)を接続開口(117)をとしてパ レット(7,107,107′)に通し、次いで接続部分(132)を容器(3 ,103,103′)とは反対の接続開口(117)の側で広く加圧するリベッ ト装置により、各容器(3,103,103′)の閉じた面をパレット(7,1 07,107′)に接続させる、 b) パレット荷降ろしステーション(48)を設け、このステーションは容器 (3,103,103′)を処理する場合、好ましくはフライス装置で、特にリ ベット状にパレット(7,107,107′)の接続開口(117)の上に突出 する接続部分(132)の少なくとも一つの領域を除去し、分離装置によりパレ ット(7,107,107′)と容器(3,103, 103′)を別々に搬送する、 c) 好ましくはパレット(7,107,107′)を洗浄するパレット洗浄装 置(50)および/または不要なパレット(7,107,107′)を保管する パレット保管装置(51)を設け、 d) 戻し搬送装置(49),好ましくは少なくとも一部磁化するベルトコンベ ヤを設け、この搬送装置によりパレット(7,107,107′)をパレット荷 降ろしステーション(48)から好ましくはパレット洗浄装置(50)および/ またはパレット保管装置(51)を介してパレット荷積みステーション(31′ )に導入する、 を備えていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1〜6項の何れか1項に記載の設 備。 8.磁気搬送機(6,8)を用いて容器(3,103,103′)を輸送する輸 送装置において、この装置は、特にアルミニウムのような非磁性材料の搬送すべ き容器(3,103,103′)に接続し、パレットの接続面(122)を磁気 搬送機(6,8)の移動可能な搬送面(8)に置く多数の磁化可能なパレット( 7,107,107′)を有し、磁気搬送機(6,8)の磁石手段(6)がパレ ット(7,107,107′)を容器(3,103,103′)と共に磁力で搬 送面(8)に保持することを特徴とする輸送装置。 9.磁気搬送機(6,8)は、 a) パレットに対向する搬送面(8)の側に固定永久磁石部材(6)を持つベ ルトコンベヤとして形成されているか、あるいは、 b) 少なくとも一つの永久磁石部材あるいは電磁石部材を伴う移動可能な搬送 面を保有する、 ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第8項に記載の輸送装置。 10.請求の範囲第8項または第9項の輸送装置に対するおよび/または請求の範 囲第1〜7項の何れか1項の設備に対するパレットにおいて、このパレット(7 ,107,107′)は搬送面(8)に嵌まるパレット接続面(122)と、パ レット(7,107,107′)を容器の面(130)に接続する少なくとも一 つの接続装置(117)を伴う連結面(121)を有し、パレット接 続面(122)と連結面(121)がほぼ平行に配置されていることを特徴とす るパレット。 11.下記の構成、 a) パレット(7,107,107′)が、リング状のパレット接続面(12 2)と、円板状の連結面(121)と、接続面(122)を連結面(12 1) に対して所望の間隔で連結面(121)に接続する好ましくは円筒状の間隔保持 面(131)とを有し、間隔保持面(131)が好ましくはパレット接続面(1 22)の内側縁部分から連結面(121)の外側縁部分へ通じる、 b) 接続装置(117)が、少なくとも一つの、好ましくは中央の接続開口( 117)を有し、この接続開口に容器面(130)の接続部分(132,132 ′)が、場合によって、摩擦係合で、好ましくは形状を合わせて、特にリベット により固定される、 c) 連結面(121)が、中心、特に一つの接続開口(117)の周りに対称 に配置された少なくとも3つの突起(133),場合によっては、リブを有し、 これ等の突起が接続状態で連結面(121)と容器面(130)の間に自由空間 を空けており、場合によって、両方の面の間に接続応力を生じる、 d) パレット接続面(122)の外側縁部分に、接続面(122)に対してほ ぼ垂直に形成され、この接続面(122)から連結面(121)の方に延びてい る接触面(134)を設けている、 の少なくとも一つを備えていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第10項に記載の パレット。
