Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ジニトラミド塩の製造方法であって、ジニトラミド酸(HN(NO2)2)の 製造、中和剤による上記ジニトラミド酸の中和及びジニトラミド塩の回収とを含 むものにおいて、上記ジニトラミド酸が、NH2NO2、NH4NH2CO2、NH2 SO3H、NH(SO3H)2、N(SO3H)3、及び金属カチオン又は有機カチ オンとのその塩類、並びにアンモニアを三酸化硫黄と反応させた際に生成する他 の生成物から成るグループより選ばれた化合物のニトロ化によって製造されるこ と、及び、上記ニトロ化が一般的なニトロ化酸を用いて行われることを特徴とす るジニトラミド塩の製造方法。 2.上記ニトロ化酸が、硝酸/硫酸(HNO3/H2SO4)、硝酸/発煙硫酸( HNO3/H2SO4/SO3)、硝酸/三酸化硫黄(HNO3/SO3)、硝酸/過 塩素酸(HNO3/HClO4)、硝酸/リン酸(HNO3/H3PO4)、硝酸/ 五酸化二リン(HNO3/P2O5)、硝酸/酢酸、硝酸/無水酢酸、硝酸/トリ フルオロ酢酸、及び、硝酸/トリフルオロ無水酢酸から成るグループより選ばれ たものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 3.反応混合物中に生成したジニトラミド酸の量をUV分光分析によって測定す ること、及び上記ニトロ化反応を、上記測定によって示された適当な時点で中断 することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 4.上記中和剤が、アンモニア、ヒドラジン、式RNH2の第1級アミン、式R R’NHの第2級アミン、及び式AXの塩から成る類より選ばれたものであり、 上式にて、R及びR’は、1〜6個の炭素原子を有する同じ又は異なったアルキ ル基であり、Aは、金属カチオン又は窒素含有カチオンであり、Xは、フッ素、 塩素、ヒドロキシル、カーボネート、アルコキシド及びカルボキシルから成る類 より選ばれたアニオンであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 5.上記ジニトラミド塩が、上記中和において生成した塩の混合物水溶液を、該 ジニトラミド塩を吸着する吸着剤と接触させることによって回収されること、上 記吸着剤が、活性炭、シリカゲル及びゼオライトから成る類より選ばれたもので あること、及び、上記ジニトラミド塩が、熱水及び/又は極性有機溶剤を用いて 上記吸着剤から脱着されることを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。 6.上記吸着剤がカラム内に配置されていること、上記塩混合物の水溶液が、上 記カラムに通されること、及び、上記ジニトラミド塩が、熱水及び/又は極性有 機溶剤から成る溶出剤によって溶出されることを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法 。 7.上記ジニトラミド塩が勾配溶出によって溶出されることを特徴とする請求項 6記載の方法。 8.上記有機溶剤が、アセトン、アセトニトリル、2−プロパノール及び他の低 級アルコール類及びこれらの混合物から成るグループより選ばれたものであるこ とを特徴とする請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 9.上記初期物質がアンモニウム塩であること、及び、上記中和剤がアンモニア であること、及び、上記ジニトラミド塩がADNであることを特徴とする請求項 1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 10.上記初期物質が、スルファミン酸のアンモニウム塩であることを特徴とする 請求項9記載の方法。 11.上記初期物質がカリウム塩であること、及び、上記中和剤がKOHであるこ と、及び、上記ジニトラミド塩がKDNであることを特徴とする請求項1〜8の いずれか1項に記載の方法。 12.上記初期物質が、スルファミン酸のカリウム塩であることを特徴とする請求 項11記載の方法。 13.ジニトラミド酸の製造方法であって、NH2NO2、NH4NH2CO2、NH2 SO3H、NH(SO3H)2、N(SO3H)3、及び金属カチオン又は有機カチ オンとのその塩類、及びアンモニアを三酸化硫黄と反応させた際に生成する他の 生成物から成るグループより選ばれた化合物を、一般的なニトロ化酸を用いてニ トロ化することを特徴とするジニトラミド酸の製造方法。 14.上記ニトロ化酸が、硝酸/硫酸(HNO3/H2SO4)、硝酸/発煙硫酸( HNO3/H2SO4/SO3)、硝酸/三酸化硫黄(HNO3/SO3)、硝酸/過 塩素酸(HNO3/HClO4)、硝酸/リン酸(HNO3/H3PO4)、硝酸/ 五酸化二リン(HNO3/P2O5)、硝酸/酢酸、硝酸/無水酢酸、硝酸/トリ フルオロ酢酸、及び、硝酸/トリフルオロ無水酢酸から成るグループより選ばれ たものであることを特徴とする請求項13記載の方法。 15.反応混合物中に生成したジニトラミド酸の量をUV分光分析によって測定す ること、及び上記ニトロ化反応を、上記測定によって示された適当な時点で中断 することを特徴とする請求項13記載の方法。 16.ジニトラミド塩の製造方法であって、中和剤によるジニトラミド酸の中和と 、上記中和において生成した塩類の混合物からのジニトラミド塩の回収とを含む ものにおいて、上記塩混合物の水溶液を、ジニトラミド塩を吸着する吸着剤と接 触させること、上記吸着剤が、活性炭、シリカゲル及びゼオライトから成る類よ り選ばれたものであること、及び、上記ジニトラミド塩が、熱水及び/又は極性 有機溶剤を用いて上記吸着剤から脱着されることを特徴とするジニトラミド塩の 製造方法。 17.上記吸着剤がカラム内に配置されていること、上記塩混合物の水溶液が、上 記カラムに通されること、及び、上記ジニトラミド塩が、熱水及び/又は極性有 機溶剤から成る溶出剤によって溶出されることを特徴とする請求項16記載の方 法。 18.上記ジニトラミド塩が勾配溶出によって溶出されることを特徴とする請求項 17記載の方法。 19.上記有機溶剤が、アセトン、アセトニトリル、2−プロパノール及び他の低 級アルコール類及びこれらの混合物から成るグループより選ばれたものであるこ とを特徴とする請求項16〜18のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 20.上記中和剤がアンモニアであること、及び、上記ジニトラミド塩がADNで あることを特徴とする請求項16〜19のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 21.上記中和剤がKOHであること、及び、上記ジニトラミド塩がKDNである ことを特徴とする請求項16〜19のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
