Description of the Related Art Conventionally, organic waste liquids of this type have been treated by aerobic or anaerobic microbial decomposition such as aerobic digestion and anaerobic methane digestion. Bio-digestion of organic components of anaerobic sludge to convert organic matter into gas components such as carbon dioxide gas and methane gas, as well as surplus sludge consisting of microbial biomass (mainly microbial cells) generated by biological digestion and untreated residual sludge The treated liquid is appropriately treated by solid-liquid separation of the contained treated sludge in a sedimentation tank or the like, while excess sludge is
It is usually treated by ocean dumping or land reclamation. However, dumping into the ocean will lead to environmental destruction, and in recent years when global environmental protection is being called for, it is almost banned. Also, in land reclamation, it is becoming increasingly difficult to secure landfill sites every year.

Aerobic biological treatment of the effluent waste liquid in the aeration tank 2, the treated liquid is solid-liquid separated into treated water and sludge by the solid-liquid separator 3, and a part of the sludge separated by the solid-liquid separator 3 Is returned to the aeration tank 2 via the circulation path 4,
Excess sludge among the sludge separated by the solid-liquid separation device 3 is heat-exchanged in the heat exchanger 5, then solubilized at a high temperature in the solubilization tank 6, and the treatment liquid solubilized in the solubilization tank 6 is returned. (Returning to aeration tank 2 via route 7) "and a patent application for a method for treating activated sludge and an apparatus therefor (Japanese Patent Application No. 7-163355).

In order to supply a sufficient amount of oxygen, the amount of air supplied to the solubilization tank must be increased. As a result, there is also an inconvenience that the heat retained in the solubilization tank is removed along with the exhaust gas that is released into the atmosphere.

A part of the sludge separated by the solid-liquid separator is returned to the aeration tank via the circulation path, and excess sludge of the sludge separated by the solid-liquid separator is solubilized at a high temperature in the solubilization tank. In the method for treating an organic waste liquid, in which the solubilized treatment liquid is returned to the aeration tank via a return path, the solubilization tank is sealed, and high-pressure air that has passed through the solubilization tank is passed into the aeration tank. The first aspect of the present invention is a method for treating an organic waste liquid, wherein an aeration tank, a solid-liquid separation device, and a solubilization tank are arranged in this order and connected to each other, and the sludge separated by the solid-liquid separation device is used. A reflux path for returning part of the solution to the aeration tank, and the processing solution solubilized in the solubilization tank. In an organic waste liquid treatment apparatus provided with a return path for returning to an air tank, the solubilization tank is sealed, and high-pressure air flowing into the solubilization tank is connected to the pipe connecting the solubilization tank and the aeration tank. A second aspect of the present invention is an organic waste liquid treatment apparatus characterized in that the apparatus can be passed through an aeration tank via a passage.

Then, after the excess sludge is solubilized at a high temperature in the solubilization tank, high-pressure air that has passed through the solubilization tank is introduced into the aeration tank to perform aerobic biological treatment. As described above, since high-pressure air is introduced into the solubilization tank, the oxygen dissolving efficiency of the solubilization tank increases, and the air that has passed through the solubilization tank is used as aeration air in the aeration tank. Thus, the amount of air supplied to the device can be reduced. As a result, it is possible to reduce the amount of heat held in the solubilization tank that is taken out to the atmosphere together with the exhaust gas.

結果について説明する。Embodiments of the present invention will be described below. The planar configuration is the same as that of the processing apparatus shown in FIG. 4, and in the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, the solubilization tank 6 is in a closed state,
One compressor 8 is installed near the solubilization tank 6. With the high-pressure air passed from the compressor 8 to the solubilization tank 6, the treatment liquid after the solubilization treatment is introduced into the aeration tank 2 together with the high-pressure air via the pipe 9. On the other hand, the conventional processing apparatus shown in FIG.
Is open, and high-pressure air is passed into the solubilizing tank and the aeration tank from separate compressors 10 and 11, respectively. Next, the solubilization tank and aeration tank are
Since the organic waste liquid treatment apparatus of the present invention having the structure shown in FIG. 3 and the solubilization tank and the aeration tank actually treated the organic waste liquid using the conventional organic waste liquid treatment apparatus having the structure shown in FIG. The result will be described.

It is a cylindrical tank made of transparent vinyl chloride resin having a depth of 4 m and an effective volume of 500 liters. And the residence time of the sludge in the solubilization tank 6 is set to 2 days, and the aeration amount is 1 normal liter /
2% excess sludge was continuously treated with thermophilic microorganisms at three levels of 3 normal liters / minute and 5 normal liters / minute. In FIG. 1, the air pressure flowing into the solubilizing tank 6 is 1 kg / cm 2 (gauge pressure), and in FIG. 3, the air pressure flowing into the solubilizing tank 6 is 0.1 kg / cm.
2 (gauge pressure), the air pressure flowing into the aeration tank 2 is 0.7k
g / cm 2 (gauge pressure). In addition, the temperature of the solubilization tank 6 was maintained at about 65 ° C. by a heater (not shown). As a result, the solubilization ratio of sludge as shown in the following Table 1 was obtained.

A normal liter / minute ventilation rate is not sufficient, and a 5 normal liter / minute ventilation rate is required. However, in the processing apparatus of the present invention, a solubilization rate of nearly 50% can be obtained with a ventilation rate of 1 normal liter / minute. Further, in the conventional processing apparatus, since the upper part of the solubilization tank 6 was open, there was a strong irritating odor due to the exhaust gas. However, in the processing apparatus of the present invention, the upper part of the solubilization tank 6 is sealed, Melting tank 6
The odor of the exhaust gas released into the atmosphere through the aeration tank 2 from the air was not strong. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the processing liquid from the solubilization tank 6 is introduced into the aeration tank 2 through the pipe 9 together with the high-pressure air. However, by providing another pipe 12 as shown in FIG. Alternatively, it is also possible to introduce the air into the aeration tank separately from the high-pressure air. The solid-liquid separation was performed by gravity sedimentation using a solid-liquid separator, but the present invention is not limited to this, and solid-liquid separation may be performed by centrifugation, membrane separation, or the like.
