Abstract
PURPOSE:A black body cavity and trap with a built-in reflector are disposed via slit on the counter light-source side of a detection section wherein fluid to be measured crosses diagonally, whereby the stray light produced within an optical mechanism is removed and the accuracy of measurement is enhanced.
