Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide a method for making it possible to use a temperature detector, which is subject to deterioration under the influences of its surrounding conditions and which is of non-contact type using the radiation eanergy, at all times in a reliable condition by automatically detecting the unallowable deterioration of the temperature detector.
