Abstract

PURPOSE: A tackifier composition having good adhesion between metal surface and polyolefin film at high temperatures and being especially useful for coating steel pipes with synthetic resins, which is composed of a liquid polymer prepared from petroleum fractions, an ethylene copolymer resin and an oil-soluble phenolic resin.
