Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent collision, by stopping and passing a succeeding car 9 in response to access or separation with the succeeding car by mounting an induction field generator, induction field detectors and a control circuit to a car.
CONSTITUTION: An induction field generator 2 and induction field detectors 3, 4 are installed to a car 1. A progressive direction deciding instrument 6 changes over switches SW1, SW2 in response to the progressive direction of the car; when the car advences in the direction A, the signals of the detector 3 are applied to the switch SW1 and the signals of the detector 4 to the switch SW2, the signals of a switching circuit 5 are each applied to amplifiers 7, 8 and front signals ef and rear signals eb are applied to a control circuit 9. The control circuit puts out stop command signals in the order of a detector, which is located at front positions to the progressive direction, and a detector, which is located at rear positions, or when only the detector located at the front positions detects the induction field of other cars.
