Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a high dielectric porcelain, capable of processing a sintering at low temperature, with a less dielectric loss and an excellent insulation resistance, by constructing a composite of Pb(Fe1/2Nb1/2)O3-Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-Pb(Fe1/2W1/2) O3- Pb(Mn2/3W1/3)O3 system.
CONSTITUTION: 0.05 to 5.0 wt.% of Pb(Mn2/3W1/3)O3 is added to be contained in a composite being composed of 64.42 to 68.58 wt.% of PbO, 0.61 to 14.21 wt.% of Fe2O3, 5.75 to 26.89 wt.% of Nb2O5, 0 to 3.92 wt.% of MgO, and 0 to 15.62 wt.% of WO3.
