Abstract

The data receiving portion takes in series signals by synchronous signals, and transmits them to an electronic computer 6 as parallel data. Since the synchronous signals are normally transmitted at the same time interval, the abnormality of a transmission system can be detected by monitoring the time interval, thus preventing the false protective operation of the electronic computer 6
