Abstract

PURPOSE:This is the liquid mixing and agitating device with increasing agitating force of the liquid in the tank by accelerating the upward flow velosity of the liquid inside the draft tube. CONSTITUTION:The mixing slurry consisting of the heavy mass oil and the charcoal powder contained in a reactor 16 is pressure reduced by a valve 15 and one part of the light mass oil is vaporized upon passing through a tube 14 and then the slurry is injected upward in the vapour-liquid state in a draft tube 11 installed inside a flush drum 1 coming from a feed nozzle 12. Then, the upward flow of the vapour-liquid in the draft tube 11 is produced, so the liquid is entered into the tube 11 in its lower part as shown in an arrow 17a and the circulation flow is produced inside the drum 1 for attaining the sufficient agitation at the liquid part A. The light mass is discharged from a gas exhaust tube 10 and the mixed slurry is discharged from an extract tube 13.
