Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the number of parts and assembling steps and the production cost by giving the smoothing function, the alarm sound stopping function and the alarm stand-by displaying function with the use of a switch operating handle and a single switch mechanism which is composed of first and second contact portions.
CONSTITUTION: A switch operating handle 10 is made slidable back and forth between the lower side of a cover 7b and a support plate 13 and is turned downward about a shaft 17 when an operating portion 10a is depressed. In response to the downward rotations of the handle 10, the lower end of a drive member 18 renders a contact portion 14 conductive to accomplish the smoothing operation. When the operating portion 10a is moved foward (or leftwardly), a drive member 17 is moved leftwardly to separate a movable contact leaf spring 19 forcibly from the NC terminal 22 and to bring the leaf spring 19 into contact with an NC terminal 23 thereby to interchange a contact portion 25. Thus, the alarm sound is stopped, and an alarm stand-by display portion 8a is simultaneously lit off.
