Abstract

PURPOSE: To simplify structure by detecting output voltage in the low voltage section using the lag current applied on the primary side of an inverter when a constant current device is constituted by combining a saturable reactor and the inverter.
CONSTITUTION: When a saturable reactor control type constant current device is constituted by combining the inverters consisting of switching transistors Q1 and Q2 and a transformer 3 and a saturable reactor 4, diodes D1 and D2 and resistors 16 and 17 are connected to the transistors Q1 and Q2 and a resistor 18 and a capacitor 19 are connected in series in parallel to the resistor 16, then the output voltage is detected from the median. Accordingly, the diode lag current is detected by the resistor 16 and made average through integrated circuits 18 and 19. As a result, the value which is proportional to output voltage can accurately be detected in the low voltage inverter section and the device volume be reduced.
