Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Electric amounts proportional to the voltage and current of a power system are applied to input terminals 11, 12. One input is squared by a squaring circuit 31, and the other input is compared with the one input by a subtracting circuit 41. A code detecting circuit 51 generates predetermined output in response to the output of the circuit 41. A peak time pulse generator 61 generates a pulse when the other input is in predetermined phase. The AND of the pulse and the output of the circuit 51 is produced at an AND gate 71. The output from the gate 71 is regenerated by a time limit regenerative circuit 81 for generating an output at its output terminal 91.
