Abstract
PURPOSE: To revise electric characteristics as besired, quantitatively, accurately and in low number of steps and high yield in a method of fabricating porcelain electronic part by dispersing part or all of metal in the porcelain by means of heat treatment after metal is sprayed onto the surface of the porcelain.
CONSTITUTION: After silver is sprayed onto a sintered material containing ZnO mainly, it is heat treated at 800° to 1,200°C. It exhibits small variations after an electricity is applied with long life to thus obtain a non-linear voltage resistive element having no irregular characteristics. After copper is sprayed onto a sintered material containing SrTiO3 as main component, it is heat treated. The material is thus improved for dielectric loss and insulating resistance to thereby obtain a grain boundary layer type semiconductor capacitor having small irregular characteristics. When the coated amount of copper thus sprayed is so determined that the thickness of the copper wire, applied voltage, copper wire feeding speed and distance of the target to the spraying nozzle are retained constat, it merely depends upon the spraying time. Further, it can be applied for the complex compound with BaTiO3, BaTiO3-SrTiO3.
