Abstract

PURPOSE: To make unnecessary adjustment, even if the system of television system for signal is changed, by producing the energy diffusing signal through the use of the triangle wave production circuit in synchronizing with the vertical synchronizing signal by means of PLL and having a given amplitude even with frequency changed.
CONSTITUTION: The vertical synchronizing signal is picked up from the video signal through the slice circuit 11 and pulse width discrimination circuit 12. The astable multivibrator 13 is oscillated by taking the vertical synchronizing signal as trigger. This output is divided for frequency with the frequency divider 14 and is the reference signal of the PLL circuit consisting of the phase comparator 15, LPF 16 and VCO 17. Thus, the oscillating frequency of VCO 17 is synchronized with the vertical synchronizing signal. Further, the output is controlled so that the amplitude can be constant within VCO.
