Abstract

Plural spot image holograms are recorded on the same circumferential surface thereof. Thence, the beam from a laser 17 is radiated on the specified hologram surface 10 of the multiple-recorded recording meidum 5 by way of a condenser lens 18 and the reconstructed images a, b of the two spot images are simultaneously reconstructed in the places away respectively by one line on the scanning surface 16. Thereby, the plural hologram reconstructed images a, b are obtained through one beam radiation and the intended object achieved.
