Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain an embossed homogeneous sandwich board, by providing a plurality of rollers to feed an upper member at a gradient to a lower embossed member and installing a core material sprayer to cause the same quantity of a core material to adhere to both the upper and lower members.
CONSTITUTION: A lower member A such as a thin metal plate is delivered out of a lower member feed section 1 comprising an uncoiler, pinch rollers 2, etc. and is then embossed by an upper and a lower rolls 3. An upper member B such as asbestos paper or aluminum leaf is fed at a gradient to the lower member A from an upper member feed means 7 through a plurality of guide rollers 8. These members are conveyed to a prescribed direction through a die by means 11 while the core material is nipped between the members and they are heated and pressed. A sandwich board S is thus manufactured.
