Abstract

CONSTITUTION: In a laminator consisting of a doctor roll 1, a metering roll 2, a coating roll 3 and a press roll 4, when a laminating speed is slower than a standard laminating speed, the peripheral speed ratio of the metering roll 2 and/or the doctor roll 1 to the peripheral speed of the coating roll 3 is made larger than the standard peripheral speed ratio in the standard laminating speed and, when the laminating speed is equal to the standard laminating speed, the peripheral speed ratio of the metering roll 2 and the doctor roll 1 to the peripheral speed of the coating roll 3 is kept constant. By this mechanism, the coating amount of an adhesive is made uniform.
