Abstract
PURPOSE:To form a shaking machine which can adjust the shaking amplitude of by turning positively and easily by a device wherein vibrating plate to which a shaking base is attached is mounted to a plurality of rotary wheels disposed around a driving wheel which can be moved and fixed at will. CONSTITUTION:Sliding grooves 5 with a plurality of concave grooves 5b for adjustment are installed at the same diameter line locations to a plurality of rotary wheels 4 (for example, three wheels) revolved at uniform velocity in the same direction by means of a drive wheel 3. (Thus, each groove 5 is mutually formed in the parallel direction). Meanwhile, a vibrating plate 7 placing and fixing a shaking base 8 is tightly mounted to slide bodies 6 with engaging balls 6d energized by means of a coil spring 6c housed in a deep hole 6b, and the sliding body 6 is inserted and installed to the sliding groove 5, thus manufacturing a shaking machine. When the vibrating plate 7 is moved up to a fixed location while using the division 11b of a disc 11 in order to adjust the amplitude of shaking by turning, each sliding body 6 simultaneously shifts only by the same distance along the grooves 5, the concave groove 5b for adjustment and the ball 6d for connecting are engaged and fixed at a desired position, and the desired amplitude can be set to the vibrating plate 7.
