Abstract
PURPOSE:To allow an automatic feeding device to automatically apply to materials of different configurations and improve the work efficiency of the materials, by both automatically adjusting the vertical position of the feeding device and turning it with its front end up. CONSTITUTION:A turning operation of handle wheels 7, 9 can adjust the vertical and longitudinal position of an arm 8 and also the position and height of a feed device 18. An adjustment of the position of a hand 12 in a logitudinal direction can further set the feeding device 18 at a prescribed position. Then, the material, if its thickness is larger than a prescribed dimension, lifts the feeding device 18 to swing the hand 12 around the axial line of the arm 8, causing the feeding device 18 mounted at the distal end of the hand 12 to be automatically displaced upward, and the mateial can be smoothly supplied to the cutting tool by a feeding roller 20. The feeding device 18, being turnably installed to a hand joint 13 through a coupling pipe 14, when a big material is supplied, can be turned against the force of spring in such a way that the feeding roller 20 on this side is lifted, and the material can thus be smoothly received.
