Abstract
PURPOSE: To contrive energy saving by retrieving waste heat from an electrical machine in such a way that stable quantity of heat is retained by providing low temperature heat accumulating reservoir and high temperature heat accumulating reservoir at the same time as power is retrieved by driving a turbine by evaporated low boiling point refrigerant gas.
CONSTITUTION: Cooling liquid is sucked in through a low temperature heat accumulating reservoir 10 in the heat accumulating reservoir 9 by a pump 8, which is heated by a cooler 2, stable quantity of heat is retained by storing cooling liquid in a high temperature heat accumulating reservoir 11. The cooling liquid stored in the high temperature heat accumulating reservoir 11 is sent by a pump 12 to an evaporator 13, low boiling point refrigerant liquid is evaporated, which is made heat exchange and sent to the low temperature accumulating heat reservoir 10. Also, since cooling liquid is held to be a settled state by high temperature, and by reason that cooling liquid inlet temperature of the cooler 2 is made to be a settled state by a control valve 15 that operates through a collant temperature detector 14, mixed control is effected. Besides, low boiling point refrigerant gas evaporated by the evaporator 13 is sent to a turbine 16, which is driven and retrieved in a condenser 17 at the same time as it is retrieved in a power device 19. Cooling water heated by the condenser 17 is sent through a pump 1 to a cooling tower 3 where it is cooled off and returned to the condenser 17 again.
