Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the static load, vertical motion inertial force and rolling vibration of an engine, by composing a vibration mount of plural pouches made of an elastic material and hermetically filled with a pressurized fluid in internal hermetic chambers and connection pipes which couple the hermetic chambers to one another. CONSTITUTION:A Diesel engine 1 is installed with a plurality of vibration-proof mounts 2, 2' on the right and left mounting parts 3, 3' of a vehicle body. The vibration-proof mounts 2, 2' comprise pouches 2b made of an elastic material and filled with a high-pressure fluid in internal hermetic chambers 4, 4', fitting metal members 2a, 2c attached to the tops and bottoms of the pouches, connection port metals 5a inserted into the pouches 2b and connected to the hermetic chambers 4, and flexible communication pipes 5b which are coupled between the connection port metals 5a and connect the hermetic chamber 4 of the left-hand pouch 2b to that 4' of the right-hand pouches 2b'. This results in sufficiently reducing the static load, vertical motion internal force and rolling vibration of the engine 1.
