PURPOSE:To simplify constitution and obtain an uniform temperature distribution in a heated room by performing heating through the utilization of blowers of a cooling unit and blowing-out duct system. CONSTITUTION:A cooling blowing duct 18 is arranged over nearly the whole length from the front to the rear in the room A of a bus and equipped with a plurality of blowing ports 19 which are opened into the room A. A blower 14 is connected with said blowing duct 18 and supplies cool wind to said blowing duct 18. A cooling unit 12 stores a cooler 13 which cools the air supplied for the blower 14. A heating unit 2 is installed on the baggage rack 1 at the rear of the room 1 of the bus and equipped with an air intake port 15, air discharge port 8 and a heater 4. The air discharge port of the heating unit 2 is connected with the air intake port 15 of the cooling unit 12.
