Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent deformation and damage of parts, to facilitate sliding down of parts and to improve working rate by providing an air inlet and exhaust ports to be able to hold the part which is the second from the bottom position at a part housing cylinder having its openings at the upper and lower ends by gas pressure.

CONSTITUTION: For supplying small parts housed in a housing cylinder 14 one by one piece downward, to begin with, air is sent through an air inlet port 15, and a small part 18' is pushed and held at the position of desired height at the inner bulkhead of the housing cylinder 14 by back pressure of gas that is flowed to an exhaust port 16. Then through the exhaust port 16 is ready to be blocked by the small part 18', gas is exhausted through a ring-shaped air passage groove 17 via the exhaust port 16, the residue in this exhaust rate and air inlet rate is exhausted through the lower clearance 13 under the housing cylinder 14. Thus, a small part 18 other than said small part is held at almost the central position of the cylinder 14, and smoothly thrown into a penetrating hole 12a of a plate-type separating block 12 which is reciprocated. After that, the small part 18 is fallen down to an exhaust hole 11a.
