Abstract
PURPOSE: To be able to eliminate the wastefullness of time and paint etc., and to obtain a safety change-over valve device even against a fluid of high inflammability, by means of mounting a plurality of valve sheet surfaces of change-over valve parts at the up and down both surfaces of a base body so as to push at any time by a base body.
CONSTITUTION: When the pilot pressure signal etc. of air pressure is no present at path ports 3, change-over parts V is present at the pisition as shown in the drawing. When a pilot fluid signal S is flows in the path ports 3, it is flowed into a large diameter hole 6 from a path port 4 via a path port 7, and it pushes upward a piston 13 against a spring 17. Accordingly, a valve rod 15 which is fixed in one body at this piston 13, is also moved upward, and a valve seat 14 is supplied in a penetrating port 1 from a path port 2, by means of being separated from a pilot part 30 of a valve seat 31 by a valve seat 14. For example, the fluid such as paint (t) etc. is introduced to the nozzle gun via taking out hole 27 from a path port 29 of a base body B.
