Abstract

PURPOSE: To manufacture the title molded article having excellent tensile strength, tear strength, and hardness, and resistant to the phase separation caused by poor compatibility, without adding a crosslinking agent, by the use of a composition composed of an ethylenic unsaturated monomer and a specific polyol.
CONSTITUTION: The objective molded article composed of a skin layer consisting of a polyurethane elastomer and a inner core consisting of polyurethane foam, is prepared from a composition composed of (A) an organic polyisocyanate, (B) a polyol composition consisting of (i) an ethylenic unsaturated monomer (e.g. acrylonitrile) (ii) a polyether polyol having a hydroxyl value of ≤500 (pref. a mixture of polyether polyols having hydroxyl values of 15W70 and 80W500), and (iii) a low molecular polyol having a hydroxyl value of ≥700, and (C) a foaming agent.
EFFECT: The polyol component can be stored stably for a long time without viscosity increase.
