Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a high bond strength and no buckling to the laminate by sending two sheets of laminate material bonded with a thermoplastic resin to the respective rolls for the slow cooling.
CONSTITUTION: Two sheets of laminate material 3 made of aluminum foil or the like, and a carrier sheet 11 made of Teflon film or the like for preventing the adhesion between the laminate sheet and the roll surface, are sent to the laminating process in which a molten thermoplastic resin 2 is put between the laminate sheets 3,4 for contact bonding of the laminate sheets 3,4 through the 1st cooling roll 6. Continuously chilled by the 2nd cooling roll 12 having the lower temperature than that of the 1st roll 6, the resin 2 is gradually cooled for curing. After passing over a guide roll 11, the carrier sheet 11 is separated from the laminate sheet to obtain a laminate 16.
