Abstract

PURPOSE: To simplify a hydraulic circuit by installing the first check valve 1 which allows only the flow from the pipot channel between a throttle and a spool to that between the throttle and a connecting channel.
CONSTITUTION: The first check valve 34 which allows the liquid pressure in the cushion chamber 29 to flow out into the concave 22 only is installed in the channel 33 which is formed in the chamber block 25 and extends axially. When the liquid pressure in the chamber 29 becomes higher than that of the cushion chamber 29 at the time when the spool 28 is pushed by the actuation of the spring 32 only, the internal liquid pressure flows out into the concave 22 and the spool 28 moves quickly. On the other hand, the second check valve 50 consists of the stopper 52, valve seat hole 53, and ball 57. When the ball 57 engages with the valve seat 53, the channel 54 is disconnected. When it deengages from the valve seat 53, the channel 54 communicates with the penetration hole 51.
