CONSTITUTION:When fluid paths 22 and 23 are closed by a control valve V, the fluid pressure in a fluid chamber 6 is coupled to a fluid chamber 7 only through an orifice 11 in a main extension damper valve Me at the tine of elongation of an oil hydraulic pressure damper 1, while the fluid pressure in the fluid chamber 7 is coupled to the fluid chamber 6 only through an orifice 18 in a main contraction damper valve Mc at the time of contraction of the oil hydraulic pressure damber 1.
