Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide an improve efficiency of thermal collection under a low cost by a method wherein the powder of silicon mono-crystal mixed with silicon resin having a superior thermal-resistance and ultra violet beam resistant characteristic is coated and solidified in the net or porous plate made of good thermal conductor, while thermal absorption film is applied to the former coated material.
CONSTITUTION: The container 1 is made of a transparent material such as a glass etc. and multilayers of the thermal absorption films are stored at a surface of the steel (metal net) 2 made of a good thermal conductor. The thermal absorption films may be made by a method wherein the powder of silicon mono-crystal is mixed with a silicon resin having anti-thermal and ultraviolet beam resistant characteristic to make a paint form and then is coated on the net 2 and solidified therein. Thermal medium 15 is enclosed in the container 1 to form a solar energy collection device, the generated heat is utilized to heat the heat exchanger 3. The heat exchanger 3 has the inner cylinder 4, outer cylinder 5, and the heat radiation fins 13 arranged in the inner cylinder 4, the liquid introduced from the inlet 11 is heated and then discharged from the outlet port 12.
