Abstract

PURPOSE: To avert unnecessary enlargement of engine horsepower by controlling pumps along two sets of horsepower.
CONSTITUTION: When delivery pressure of a stationary pump 3 is lower, a piston 12 is pressed to a retainer by springs 13a, 13b. With this condition, delivery pressure of both sides or one side of dual pumps 1, 2 rises, reaction force resulting from pistons 15W18 is applied to springs 9a, 9b, 9c and 13a, 13b, the pistons 15W18 move a spool 6 to the position where the reaction force bear proportion to spring force resulting in reducing delivery flow amount of the variable pumps 1, 2. Then, when the stationary pump 3 has sent up the delivery pressure, the piston 12 goes resistingly to the springs 13a, 13b until it is brought into contact with a stopper 20. As resulted, it conduces to put only the springs 9aW9c to be proportioned to the delivery pressure of the dual variable pumps 1, 2, so that the delivery flow amount of the dual variable pumps diminishes in proportion to the same delivery pressure likewise.
