Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable sure display of information beyond an indication response range at each prescribed time, by writing prescribed digits of a time measurement output into an indicating memory means in time adjustment.
CONSTITUTION: When a time adjustment lockup switch 30 is closed, a gate circuit 32 is opened and time measuring counters 3W8 performs counting on the basis of time adjusting pulses from a pulse generation circuit 29 to adjust the time. Time measurement outputs of prescribed digits, which are produced by the counters 5, 6, are latched by latch circuits 26, 27 which are controlled by a strobe signal of frequency determined depending on the indication response range of a display unit of liquid crystal or the like. When the frequency of the time adjusting pulses is high, the counting outputs of the counters 5, 6 are not continuously latched but intermittently latched at a prescribed period so that information beyond the indication response range is surely displayed at each prescribed time. The adjustment of the latching strobe signal depending on temperature enables the operator to cope with the change in the indication response range due to the temperature.
