Abstract
PURPOSE:To manufacture marked cores of high precision at a time by stacking and bonding magnetic laminate bodies, obtained by stacking and bonding tapes of a thin-plate magnetic body to track width, by a soluble adhesive and then by cutting the lamination in a desired core shape. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic materials 2 such as a sendust alloy, permalloy and ferrite are stacked to thickness equivalent to the fixed track width of a tape and then bonded mutually by an adhesive to form magnetic laminate body 3. On the right and left of this magnetic body 3, nonmagnetic metal plate 4 such as copper is bonded. This plate 4 makes magnetic bodies 2 easy to handle and also prevent magnetic body 2 from cracking in cutting core. Then, a more soluble adhesive than the above-mentioned adhesive is used to stack a few magnetic bodies 3 to form magnetic laminate assembly 5, which is cut into a laminate core by using an abrasive tool with a share point in a desired core shape. Next, assembly 5 is separated by an adequate method into laminate cores 7 made of magnetic body 3 at a time.
