Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the production of malfunction of unit, by delaying the release of the state of nonoperating hold of RAM and the reset state of control circuit at the application of power supply, and giving reset to the circuit or nonoperation restriction at power supply cut-off.
CONSTITUTION: The power supply transformer 6 of the constant voltage power supply circuit 4 is connected to the compared voltage circuit 13 of constant power supply circuit constitution having smaller time constant than the circuit 4. Further, the output of the circuit 13 and the circuit 4 is input to the AND circuit 14 respectively, and the output is fed to the one-way delay circuit 15 to delay the leading of the output when the circuit 14 is in output operation to produce the circuit control signal. According to the circuit control signal, the control circuit 1 is released for the reset hold and the nonoperation hold state of RAM9 in the circuit 1 is released.
