Abstract

The external extrusion material's flow pathway 38, formed between the nipple 22 and the external extrusion die 24, has the sectional area gradually increasing from the inlet to the depth. The internal extrusion material 2 passes through the pathway 34, and is extruded from the nipple 22 working as the internal extrusion die onto the core wire 1, and the coating layer 2a is formed. On the other hand, the external extrusion material 3 passes through the pathways 36, 38, and is extruded from the die 24 onto the coating layer 2a, and the external coating layer 3a is formed.
