Abstract
PURPOSE: Heat exchange plates specified in structure are used to enhance operation charactristic in evaporation.
CONSTITUTION: A heat exchange plate 1 is provided with protruded sections 2 in the same direction and equally spaced P along the longituidinal direction. Such plates (a to f) are arranged to form evaporating liquid route 5 and heating liquid route 6, with contact points 4 between the evaporating liquid route constructing plates a-b, c-d, e-f, etc. This causes the evaporating liquid route 5 to be devided into small sections to facilitate evaporation. Easy bubble formation on the heat exchange plate surface is provided, so that nuclear boiling at lower section is accelerated where boiling is normally reduced by liquid pressure due to its depth. Thus, the construction effectively enhances overall efficiency.
