Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the fluctuation of the oscillation frequency when the unit is packaged by preventing the electric terminal which gives fluctuation to the oscillation frequency due to the effect of the floating capacity from being taken out of the hermetic container. CONSTITUTION:Central electrode 2 is provided at the center part of crystal bar 1 where big displacement of vibration is caused, and peripheral electrode 3 is provided at the periphery of electrode 2 and on the surface of one side of bar 1. At the same time, substrate 19 is adhered on base 8. The conductor pattern is formed on the surface of 19, and IC21 is bonded on one conductor pattern. Holder grooves 17a and 18a are formed at the upper edge parts of holding springs 17 and 18 in order to hold crystal oscillator 1 with bonding. Lead-out electrodes 4 and 5 of electrodes 2 and 3 are connected to the conductor pattern via springs 17 and 18. These substances are then sealed airtight via cap 22. As a result, the terminal which gives the effect to the oscillation frequency by the floating capacity is never exposed outside.
