Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain accurate timing output with a simple constitution, with output current of the variable current source of voltage control type. CONSTITUTION:A constant voltage V1 is fed to one end of the potentiometer 24 and the control voltage V3 is outputted from another end. Since the voltage V3 is fed to the non-inverting input terminal of the voltage follower 14, the output is held at V3. The voltage follower output voltage V3 is connected to the emitter of the transistor 14 via the resistor R2 and the constant voltage V1 is connected via the resistor R1. When V2 is connected to the base and emitter via the voltage follower 12, the relation IOUT=(V1-V2)/R1(V2-V3)/R2 is obtained. Taking that V2=V1/11,R1=9R, and R1=R2, IOUT of 100:10:1 can be obtained with the selection of V3=V1,V2,0.
