Abstract

PURPOSE: To give an easy and accurate decision on an aimed antigen or antibody when detecting it by adding no less than two kinds of fine soluble matter of specific cell walls to operative red corpuscle suspension or a dilute blood serum solution.
CONSTITUTION: Precipitated red corpuscle suspension separated from the blood of cattle or a sheep is floated and after coagulation, red blood cell walls are seperated and washed respectively. The red blood cell walls are suspended in an adequate buffer solution and finely broken in an ultrasonic process to obtain a solution containing soluble matter of the red blood cell walls of the cattle or sheep. n this way, a mixture of not less than two kinds of fine soluble matter of cell walls of human red blood cells operating upon an antigen or antibody and a different kind of blood cells is added to a dilute human blood serum solution, where a heterogenetic antibody in the human blood serum is absorbed. To this dilute human blood serum solution, operative red blood cell suspension, obtained by making an antibody operate upon the sheep red blood cell floating suspension is added and stirred, so that an aimed antibody will be detected by indirect red corpuscle agglutination.
