Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide an air pipe for combustion furnace, which is suitable for feeding air especially to a kiln furnace, for being capable of being manually taken in and out, of being pulled out even if the pipe is deformed, and of selecting optionally an air injection direction.
CONSTITUTION: An air feeding pipe 1 being inserted into a combustion kiln 17 through a furnace wall 18 is supported vertically and horizontally by means of rollers 6 and 8 which are fastened on the furnace wall 18 by means of supports 7 and 9. A rear end of the air feeding pipe 1 is rotatably inserted into a support ring 3 which is hung down from a trolley beam 4 through the medium of hanger rollers 10, 10 placed at a upper part of supports 11 and 13, and this permits the air feeding pipe 1 to be taken in and out of the kiln 17. A handle 15 is attached at near the ring 3, and an air injection direction can be changed as a result of rotating the air feeding pipe 1 in such a manner as hooks a convex part 16 in a concave part 14a with the handle 15 moved along a guide 14.
