Abstract

PURPOSE: To automatically maintain initial tension and buffer functioning starting load continually and fixedly, by mounting a pressure source between an oil pressure source and a pressure chamber for setting idler movement starting and a decompression instrument between the oil pressure source and a pressure chamber for initial tension.
CONSTITUTION: An accumulator 5 is installed between a reducing valve 3 mounted to a piping 1 extending from a main system oil pressure source and an idler set pressure chamber 10a through a check valve 4, and a decompression instrument 12 is further disposed between a pressure chamber 11a for initial tension and the reducing valve 3. Thus, the pressure of a main system is transmitted to the accumulator 5 through the check valve 4 when pressure in the accumulator 5 becomes not more than the set pressure of the reducing valve 3, and the inner pressure is used as the set pressure of the reducing valve 3.
