Abstract

PURPOSE: To realize a low-cost system with simplified constitution by drawing the device necessary for only self-programming out of the main body of the electronic apparatus and then connecting the device drawn out via the cable only in case the programming is required.
CONSTITUTION: Electronic apparatus main body 1 and device 2 for programming are constituted into defferent bodies and then connected to each other via connector 7 and cable 6. Device 2 consists of key group 3 for the program input; ROM element 4 comprising editor for program correction, assembler to convert the input program into the mechanical word and the loader for load control each; and RAM element 5 to store the program and the mechanical word. In such constitution, the program becomes effective for device 2 just by connection via connector 7, and then the programming becomes possible with use of CPU10 of main body 1 plus printer 13 or display 11.
