Abstract

CONSTITUTION: In piece-type core half 5a of thickness (t), two grooves 5b of groove width (x) are cut to a fixed depth of (l) in parallel to both external core flanks 5c and 5d prependicular to the junction surface of cores. As a result, three core thin-plate parts 5e of thickness (y) are formed. After grooves 5b and filled with an insulating material, coil 2 is wound, thereby completing core half 5a.
