Abstract

PURPOSE: To prepare a film of vinyl alcohol polymer, having excellent slippery, while keeping high sealability, printability and transparency of the original film, by coating a vinyl alcohol polymer film with a fluorine-containing surfactant.
CONSTITUTION: One of both sides of a film of vinyl alcohol polymer is coated with a fulorine-containing surfactant of formula (m is 5-20; n is 5-20; R is alkyl), having a long-chain alkyl group and a hydrophilic group, and having a surface tension of 15-30 dyne/cm (0.5% aqueous solution, 23°C). The rate of application is pref. 0.004-0.04 g/m2.
