Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the counter-flow from the exhaust side and to enable usage of low grade material in a powder particle supplier where the pressure at the supply side is lower than that at exhaust side, by mixing a coolant continuously into the powder particle to be supplied then ejecting to the exhaust side.
CONSTITUTION: In order to supply not-burnt powder coal with lower pressure than the inner pressure of combusion chamber through the inlet 30, a coolant is pressure supplied through a inlet 36 into combustion cahmber 2a of such as coal gasification equipment. The coolant enters through a hole 35 into the shaft 43 and ejected through an ejection hole 45 into combastion cahmber 2a. The coolant also passes through paths 38a, 44 and ejected through an ejection hole 46 into combustion cahmber 2a. The powder material is supplied through an inlet 30 and when the screw shaft 31 is rotated by a motor 20 it is carried by means of a vane 32 to the combustion chamber 2a side, then it is supplied to the combustion chamber 2a while mixing with the coolant through the ejection of coolant.
