Abstract
NEW MATERIAL:Organic acid ester of formula I [R1 is H, lower alkyl; R2 is lower alkyl; X is halogen, nitro group, lower alkyl, CF3-, lower alkoxy, lower alkane sulfonyl, nitrile, lower alkylthio, aliphatic acyl; n is an integral number of 1W4; Y is O, S; Z is the residue of organic acid such as aliphatic, alicyclic, or aromatic carboxylic carbamic, or sulfonic acid].
EXAMPLE: 1,3-Dimethyl-4-(2-chlorobezoyl)-5-acetoxypyrazole.
USE: Herbicide, whitening weeds to death.
PREPARATION: A compound of formula II is made to react with an acylating agent, such as acyl halide, carboxylic acid in the presence of carbodiimide, acid anhydride, preferably an acyl chloride, in the presence of an acid acceptor, preferably in a solvent to prepare the objective compound of formuls I.
