Abstract

The oil reservoir 20 is filled with the oil. When the pulley 11 is rotated, the oil flows from the oil reservoir 20 to the small holes 27 through the oil passages 20a and passes through the small holes 27 to the inside of the collar 15. The oil then flows to the shaft 22 through the spiral recesses 19 of the collar 15 to lubricate the shaft 22 and the collar 15.
